摘要
对国内常用的酸性水汽提工艺(双塔加压汽提、单塔加压侧线抽出汽抽和单塔低压汽提)作了比较,并从应用案例中详细对比了单塔加压侧线抽出汽提和单塔低压汽提工艺的技术经济数据,得出对于加氢型炼油厂,单塔低压汽提工艺更为合适。此外,酸性水汽提工艺的选择还须考虑酸性汽是否含氨对下游硫磺回收装置的影响以及酸性水的水质和水量,通过经济数据的对比方可确定。
Sour water stripping processes commonly used in China,including double column pressurized stripping,single column pressurized stripping with side-draw and single column low temperature stripping,are compared with each other .The technical-economic data of single column pressurized stripping process with side-draw and single column low temperature stripping process are analyzed in detail.The results show that single column low temperature stripping process is more suitable for hydrogenation type refineries.In addition, the selection of sour water stripping process should be based on the comparison of economical data and take into account the influence of ammonia content in sour steam on downstream sulfur recovery unit as well as the quality and quantity of sour water.
