摘要
本文分析了金属磁记忆检测技术的检测方法和相应的参数特征,并对制造压力容器常用的16MnR材料进行拉伸载荷试验,采用金属磁记忆方法获取在不同载荷情况下材料的磁记忆信号,为了表征弹塑性变形的不同阶段,本文引入了磁信号载荷梯度的概念,提出了对设备运行进行定期检测的方法,以载荷梯度值作为判断铁磁性试件安全运行状态的参数。
The test criterion of metal magnetic memory testing method and the parameters are analyzed. The tension experiments of pressure vessels material 16MnR were carried out and the magnetic memory testing signals were got under different loads. Through studying the rule of the magnetic signals changing with the loads, the term of load gradient is defined. It can indicate different stage of the materials elastic-plastic deformation. Based on this parameter, a periodic monitoring method for pressure vessels is put forward to diagnose running status.
