超临界锅炉防心因异物堵塞引发的爆管技术

摘要 从超临界锅炉试运及投运后的运行情况看,异物堵塞容易造成锅炉短期过热爆管的。其爆管部位多发生在高温过热器、屏式过热器、高温再热器入口联箱的中部区域管屏。为此从结构上简要分析了异物堵塞引起的过热爆管原因,提出了防止锅炉异物堵塞爆管的技术措施:锅炉调试吹管后应进行检查,包括检查部位、方法、要点等,以及要求锅炉减温器在安装前、吹管后,对减温器混合管衬垫进行检查、清理。建议锅炉制造厂在联箱中部增加手孔,保留屏式过热器进口小联箱检查孔,增设屏式过热器进口汇集联箱检查孔;进一步完善制造工艺和严格执行制造工艺要求,加强质量控制,防止异物进入锅炉受热面。 Based on tests and operation on super critical boilers, eyewinker jam caused invalidation because of boiler heater pipe overheated in short time, and mostly at the middle of entrance channels of the final stage heater, screen heater and final reheater. After analysis on overheated invalidation due to structure, the technical treatment, including the place, the means and keypoints, was brought up. The heater channel should be checked after blowing pipe. Moreover, the pad of mixing-pipe of spray desuperheater was requested to be checked before being built up and after blowing pipe. It was suggested that the manufactory increased handhole at the middle of channels and checking hole at the screen superheater channel, consummated and strictly performed the manufacturing technology workmanship , strengthened quality control to prevent the the eyewinker from falling into the boiler heater.
