基于超超临界锅炉特点的产品质量监检方法和应用 被引量:1

摘要 锅炉产品监检采用传统的过程见证法已不能有效控制超超临界锅炉产品的质量,提出更合适、更有效的"8821"系统控制监检方法。该方法强调从源头上的制造检验环节消除产品缺陷的事前控制理念。重点抓好材料选用、异种钢焊接工艺、无损检测和外观成形等方面的质量。运用该方法完成了国内首台1000MW超超临界塔式锅炉产品质量的监检,验证了它对保证超超临界锅炉产品制造质量的有效性。 That traditional methods of process witness can not effectively ensure the quality of ultra-supercritical Boilers product in the process of the boiler inspection ,so rather and more effective inspection method, which is called "8821 "system control,were presented.This method emphasizes the beforehand control idea from headstream can eliminate the disfigurement of product,which includes the tache of manufacture inspection, it is emphasized that grasp the quality of the choice of materials,the welding technics of heterogeneous steel, no-destructive test, appearance molding.The method has been applied to finish the product quality inspection of the number one 1000MW uhra-supercritical tower type boiler, its validity was validated to ensure the product manu- facture quality of uhra-supercritical boilers.
