试论我国石油化工工程造价的控制管理改革

On Management Reform of China＇s Petrochemical Industry Project Cost

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善，石油行业得到快速发展。为了合理确定石油化工工程造价和有利控制造价，以提高施工企业的经营效果，确保施工企业健康发展，石油化工施工企业必须加强工程造价管理。文章剖析了目前我国石油化工工程造价的现状，结合现行体制的弊端和工程造价领域亟待解决的突出问题，针对性地提出了一些相应的改革措施，以供借鉴。

With the continuously development of socialism market economic system, the oil industry has developed rapidly. In order to fix the petrochemical project cost rationally for better control, and enhance the efficient performance of construction enterprises for health development, the enterprises must strengthen the management of project cost. By analyzing China＇s petrochemical project cost status, combined with the defects of existing system and the outstanding problems over project cost areas, this paper puts forward some specific reform measures, for reference.
