康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者疗效的影响

Impact of rehabilitated training on the curative effect of the treatment of patients with chronic Schizophrennia

目的:探讨康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者疗效的影响。方法:将96例慢性精神分裂症患者随机分为实验组和对照组各48例,两组均接受常规治疗和护理,实验组在此基础上进行为期1年的康复训练。实施康复训练前和1年后应用NOSIE、ADL和IPROS量表进行评定分析,比较两组疗效。结果:实验组NOSIE评分结果总消极因素明显降低,总积极因素明显升高,ADL和IPROS各因子分均低于康复训练前,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复有积极作用,可改善患者的症状,提高其生活能力和社会功能。

Objective： To explore the impact of rehabilitated training on the curative effect of the treatment of patients with chronic Schizophrennia. Methods ： Ninety six patients were randomly divided into experiment group （ n = 48 ） and control group （ n = 48 ）. Routine treatment and nursing care were taken in both groups, and additional rehabilitated training was carried out for the patients in experiment group for one year based on basic treatment and nursing care. The assessment and analysis of related factors were made by NOSIE, ADL and IPROS before rehabilitated training and one year after rehabilitated training and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results： The total negative factors of assessment results of NOSIE markedly reduced and total positive factors increased in experiment group ; the scores of factors of ADL and IPROS were lower after rehabilitated training than that before the training. The significant differences were found in the comparison between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Rehabilitated training is very effective in the rehabilitation of the patients with chronic Schizophrennia.
