摘要
提出了一种更切合实际的温度误差补偿和修正方法:采用微分膨胀系数代替平均膨胀系数。同时介绍了微分膨胀系数的测量方法及其测量不确定度。
In this paper,a method more suitable to temperature compensation application by using coefficient of expansion instead of average coefficient is advanced. Measuring method for differential coefficient of expansion and the standard uncertainty is introduced as well.
