摘要
从分析减速器的结构、特点入手,进行了内齿圈的组合加扭静频试验和整机测振试验。通过对试验数据的对比分析,提出了在工作转速范围内避免一级内齿圈断裂的减振措施。
Based on the construction and peculiarities of the decelerator,the static state frequency test with component twisted and the engine vibration measuring test for inner gear were performed.After comparing and analyzing the tested data,a new vibration reducing method preventing the first inner gear from fracture at working rotational speed has been put forward.
