无人驾驶直升机设计的主要载荷研究

摘要 论述无人驾驶直升机设计的主要载荷研究问题。(1)设计规范研究:主要讨论国内外无人直升机尚无设计规范的情况下,载荷问题的处理与应用;(2)静强度载荷研究:通过机体结构强度计算及全机静力试验,论及静载荷下全机的强度与刚度品质;(3)全机振动特性与响应研究:通过机体动力特性计算,动力特性试验及振动水平测试论及全机振动与响应特性;(4)着陆载荷研究:通过撬式起落架功量计算分析,落震试验论及全机着陆载荷特性。本文是对无人驾驶直升机设计的主要载荷研究成果与研制经验的综合评估与总结。 Some problems of main load research on remote pilotless helicopter (RPH) are dealt with in the paper, including research of design specifications, research of static strength load, research of dynamic characteristics and response as well as research of landing load. Comprehensions and applications on load problems are discussed in research of design specifications. By means of calculating structure strength of the frame and doing static test of the frame quality of strength and rigidity of the frame are discussed in research of static strength loads. Through calculating and testing dynamic characteristics and measuring vibration level the vibration and response characteristics of the frame are discussed. By means of calculation and falling vibration test for ski landing set the characteristics of landing load is discussed in research of landing load. The fruits of main load research and research experiences for RPH are reviewed and concluded.
