摘要
目的研究氯氰菊酯(CP)对雌性大鼠生殖器官的影响。方法选择刚断乳的清洁级健康雌性 SD 大鼠50只,体重为90~110 g,按体重随机分为溶剂对照组(花生油)、CP 低(20 mg/kg)、中(40 mg/kg)、高剂量组(80 mg/kg)和阳性对照组(100μg/kg 雌二醇)。采用灌胃染毒方式,灌胃量为5 ml/kg,每天1次,连续染毒28 d。从染毒第1天起,观察并记录各组大鼠阴道开口只数和时间,计算阴道开口率。第29天处死动物,分离卵巢、子宫、阴道并称重,计算脏器系数。结果与溶剂对照组比较,CP 高、中、低剂量组大鼠染毒后第1周阴道开口率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),阴道开口时间提前。各剂量组大鼠的卵巢、子宫、阴道重量及其系数均随染毒剂量增加而增高,与溶剂对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CP 对大鼠的生殖器官具有一定的影响。
Objective To study the effect of cypermethrine (CP) on the reproductive organs of female rats. Methods Fifty female SD rats (90-110 g) were randomly divided into 5 groups, negative control (earthnut oil), three CP treatment groups(20, 40 and 80 mg/kg body) and positive control (E2 100 ug/kg body), treated by gavage, once a day, for 28 consecutive days. Results Compared with the negative group, the opening of vagina in different cypermethrine groups were significandy moved up in the first week (P〈0.05), and the weight and organ coefficient of ovary, uteri and vaginas were significantly increased in cypermethrine groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion Cypermethrine has a adverse effect on the reproductive organs of female rats.
