多氯联苯对大鼠海马超微结构影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探讨多氯联苯(polychlorinated biphenyl,PCB)对大鼠海马组织学及超微结构的影响,初步认识 PCB 致海马损伤的特点。将45只雄性 Wistar 大鼠随机分为3组,每组15只。对照组饲喂正常饲料,低剂量组喂含0.1 mg/kg PCB 饲料,高剂量组喂含10mg/kg PCB 饲料;染毒3个月后观察大鼠海马超微结构变化。随着 PCB 剂量的增加大鼠海马神经元细胞损伤程度增大,表现为线粒体水肿、空化,内质网扩张,核膜界线不清。提示 PCB 能引起大鼠海马神经元细胞的损伤,线粒体损伤与神经元细胞的凋亡有关且损伤程度同 PCB 剂量相关。
