蜂蜜对兔角膜创伤愈合效果的试验观察

Effect of honey on the wound healing of the rabbit′s cornea

本试验通过对45只健康无眼疾的新西兰白兔施行角膜前板层切除术,将其中27只平均分为蜂蜜处理(A)、bFGF处理(B)和空白对照(C)三个试验组,对术后术眼的角膜混浊程度、虹膜损害程度和结膜充血与水肿程度进行评价;再将余下18只实验兔也分为上述3个试验处理组,通过1%荧光素钠点眼的方法,判断不同试验处理组角膜上皮的愈合天数。试验结果表明:与bFGF相比,蜂蜜有更明显的促进角膜上皮愈合的作用,并且能更有效的缓解术后角膜混浊,虹膜炎症及结膜充血与水肿等症状。

forty-five healthy New Zealand white rabbits without any ocular disease were surgically operated to remove the lamellar corneal. Twenty-seven of them were divided equally into three experimental groups, A（the honey group）, B（the Beifushu eyedrop group） and C（the negative control group）. Then, we evaluate the damage of the cornea, the iris and the con-junctiva. 1% sodium fluorescein was used in the other eighteen rabbits to estimate the healing time the wound. The results showed that the honey＇s effect on corneal wound healing was better than Beifushu eyedrop.
