摘要
针对振动试验中存在的过试验问题,以卫星承力筒振动试验为例,建立了振动台和承力筒二自由度耦合分析模型,通过仿真计算得到承力筒所受作用力的值。在振动试验中进行力测量,验证了模型的可靠性。通过理论计算与试验数据比较,对振动试验的过试验程度进行了分析。进行了力限控制试验摸索,对加速度控制和力限控制的效果进行了分析对比。
For overtesting problem in vibration test, the analysis model of the shaker and satellite central tube is made, and the force of central tube received can be simulated. The analysis model was validated by vibration test. By comparing theory formula with test data, the overtesting problem is analysed. By Force limited control vibration test attempting, this paper compares the result of force limited method with acceleration controlled method, and indicates the control precision of force limited method is higher.
