摘要
利用有限元分析的方法对YZ4DE柴油机整机组合件进行了结构分析。为讨论气缸套的变形及其影响因素,提出了一系列评价气缸套变形的评价指标,如最大、最小半径,连续10个截面最大、最小半径,同轴度,圆柱度等。通过多个计算方案的对比结果表明:缸盖螺栓沉孔深度对气缸套变形影响最大,机体气缸筒外壁的铸造偏心对其影响甚小,缸盖螺栓预紧力的加大会加剧气缸套变形。
FEM technology was used to perform the structural analysis for the subassembly of YZ4DE diesel engine. In order to analyze the deformation of cylinder liner and its influencing factors, a set of new evaluation indexes was put forward to estimate the deformation of cylinder liner, such as the max/min radius, the max/min radius of the ten sequential sections, coaxiality and cylindricity and so on. The results of many tests indicate that the depth of cylinder head bolt-hole has great influence on deformation of cylinder bore, while the eccentric of cylinder bore in cylinder block has a few impact on the deformation of cylinder liner, and the increase of tightening force of cylinder head bolts brings on greater cylinder liner deformation.
