摘要
为改进国产化活塞环的耐磨性能,采用台架试验方法比较了3种国产活塞环和进口活塞环的磨损特性,分析了试验活塞环的化学成分、金相组织、力学性能对其耐磨性能的影响。研究结果表明:降低碳当量、控制石墨数量和形状,采用Cr、Cu低合金化中磷铸态灰铸铁(材料代号STD)、获得单一片状珠光体基体组织加均匀分布的断续网状磷共晶,可以明显提高活塞环的耐磨性,从而延长活塞环的使用寿命。
In order to improve wear-resistant performance of home-made piston rings, a bench-test method was carried out to compare wear characteristics of three kinds of homemade piston rings with that of the import piston ring. Effect of the main factors such as chemical composition and microstructure and mechanical properties of piston rings on wear resistance of the materials was analyzed. The results show that there is a significant improvement on wear resistance and service life of piston ring containing such microstructure i.e. fewer and finer graphite by reducing carbon equivalent, and the uniform single-pearlite matrix as well as incontinuously net-styled phosphide eutectic by using medium phosphorus as-cast gray iron alloyed with Cr and Cu, whose material specifications are marked with STD.
