负重髌骨轴位投照方法实用性及其临床价值的研究

The practicality and clinical application of weight-bearing merchant view

目的:探讨站立负重髌骨轴位投照方法的实用性及其临床价值。方法:对常规俯卧后前髌骨轴位和站立负重髌骨轴位的投照方法得出的影像及照片成功率加以对比。结果:经过借鉴改良的站立负重位髌骨轴位片的投照方法操作简单,受患者自身因素影响较少,成像成功率高,患者易于接受。结论:负重髌骨轴位投照法操作简便,实用性强,更符合生物力学原理,切合正常生理解剖,临床应用对早期及隐匿性髌股关节紊乱的检测更灵敏、更有效。

Objective To evaluate the practicality and clinical application of weigh-bearing merchant view. Methods Comparing image and the film success ratio of the original P-A merchant view with those of the standing weightbearing merchant view. Results The modified merchant view, which was easy to operate and had a high success ratio on image, was influenced less and accepted easily by patients. Conclusions The standing weight-hearlng merchant view is easy to operate and has a better practicality. It is more congruent with biomechanics and normal physiological anatomy, and it is more sensitive and effective to detect early or dormant patellofemoral joint disease.
