卵巢上皮性癌相关抗原筛选中SEREX技术的应用

摘要 重组克隆表达抗原的血清学鉴定(SEREX)技术是用自身或异体血清筛选肿瘤抗原的方法。该法的优点在于所筛选的肿瘤抗原可刺激机体产生体液及细胞免疫反应,这些抗原既有可能用于疫苗的研制又可能作为免疫治疗的靶向,而且所筛选到的肿瘤抗原的自身抗体还可作为诊断和疾病监测的血清标志物。用SEREX技术已筛选到HOXA7,HOXB7和HSP90等多个卵巢癌相关抗原,其中有的可作为卵巢癌诊断的血清标志物,有的有可能成为卵巢癌免疫治疗的靶点。故SEREX技术在筛查卵巢上皮性癌相关抗原研究方面有巨大的应用前景。
