摘要
提出了一种电励磁双凸极发电机高、低压直流双输出稳压技术:通过对励磁绕组电流进行PWM控制稳定28.5V低压输出;高压直流输出经过高、低压绕组磁场间的耦合粗调后,经过双Boost变换器进行稳定升压至360V直流。该文阐述了低压电压调节器与高压直流输出调节器——双Boost变换器的工作原理,分析了电流换相、负载和电机转速对高压输出调节的影响,确立了双Boost变换器开关频率的选取依据。研制的双输出发电系统验证了方案的可行性与理论分析的正确性。
A dual output voltage regulated technology of doubly salient electro-magnetic generator was performed. The low voltage 28.5 V DC is made stable by adjusting exciting current, and the dual boost converter is adopted to maintain the high voltage 360 V DC stable. Based on the discussion about the generating system, low voltage regulating technology and working principle of the dual boost converter,: current commutation, load, and generator speed influence on the high voltage regulator has been analyzed. Frequency of the boost converter was selected according to the generator speed range. In the end, the prototype is implemented and the results of the experiment verified the theory analysis.
