摘要
针对国内关于热棒工作状态检测技术的研究较少而且各热棒使用单位对热棒工作状态的检测方法的需求的现状,介绍了热棒的应用背景并分析了对现场热棒工作状态检测的需求,介绍并讨论了一种现场检测热棒工作状态的方法;该方法通过回归方程的方差分析和显著性检验,综合利用了现场测得的热棒上不同位置的温度信息;该方法提高了检测手段的可靠性和灵活方便性应用,结果表明,该检测方案运行稳定可靠,检测精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
The application of thermal probe is presented, and the requirement of working state testing on thermal probe is analyzed, and then a working state testing on thermal probe method is suggested and discussed, which is based on variance analysis and significance test approach that uses all centigrade results of different position of thermal probe . The facility and reliability of operation has been improved due to the special method. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
