摘要
为了实现温度的精确控制,采用虚拟仪器技术设计并实现了多路温度采集与控制系统;阐述了监控系统的硬件设计方案和工作原理,主要包括温度信号调理电路、恒流源电路以及温度控制接口电路的设计;软件方面,利用LabVIEW软件在PC机中编程,根据Pt100的温度与阻值的函数关系式结合软件滤波实现了温度的精确采集、处理,完成了数据存储和动态图形显示功能,并阐明了实现温度控制的方法,最后给出了实验结果并对其进行了数据分析;实验表明该系统运行良好,且易于操作,便于扩展。
The system of multiplex temperature acquisition and control system based on virtual instrument is designed in order to realize the precision control on temperature. The hardware principle is expatiated, mainly including the signal conditioning circuit, constant current source and the interface circuit. The functions of data automatic acquisition and processing is realized using the function of Pt100 and software filtering, temperature dynamic displaying, storing, and the control arithmetic based on LabVIEW are expounded. The data is analyzed in the end. The result proves that the system runs well, and which has the advantage of easy handling and excellent expansibility.
