螺纹缺陷识别的ANSYS仿真研究

摘要 针对钢管螺纹缺陷的识别,提出了采用交变漏磁法进行判别。应用有限元法对钢管螺纹缺陷的漏磁场进行仿真,使带偶极子模型的近似解析解得到弥补。根据有限元建模理论建立了模型,仿真得到有无缺陷两种情况下的螺纹结构的磁场分布,提出了螺纹缺陷的识别方法:对漏磁场分析主要采用的是漏磁场的水平分量Bx,整个无缺陷螺纹结构整体为一宽裂纹,伴有一系列表征螺纹结构的有规律的小脉冲,当有缺陷出现时,有规律分布的小脉冲就会被破坏掉,对比有无缺陷仿真结果可完成对缺陷的识别,仿真结果与实际情况相符。本研究结果为实验设计提供了有力依据。 The ahernating current magnetic field leakage testing (AC-- MFL) is introduced to identify the flaw of whorl. The approximation analysis result of band dipole model is obtained . On the basis of the before- mentioned, flawless and three categories flaws easily turning up in the common whorl attachment are assayed by way of finite element simulation . The character of magnetic field distributing is obtained on the two kind of cases. The result of simulation is consistent with the fact. Magnetic leakage Bx should be the feature of the flaw identification to the analysis of magnetic leakage. The flawless whorl can be considered as a width defect , and there are pulses in little amplitude of magnetic intensity. The pulses will be destroyed if the whorl has defect. The defect identification can be achieved in terms of the comparison of magnetic intensity of whorl with defect or not. The results will provide useful evidence for experimental design.
