某城市高架桥工程盖梁加固技术

摘要 某城市高架桥在一盖梁施工过程中发现预应力波纹管堵管,凿除混凝土清理预应力管道时,在凿孔处将85根箍筋和6根纵向钢筋截断,造成盖梁抗剪承载力降低,减弱了对内部钢筋和预应力钢绞线的保护。该文详细分析了碳纤维布加固的剪力计算,并对加固施工方案及工艺进行了分析研究。 It is found that the pre-stressed corrugated pipe is blocked in the course of a cover beam construction of an urban elevated bridge. When the concrete is dug out to clean the pre-stressed pipe, 85 stirrups and 6 longitudinal steel bars at the bored hole are cut off so as to cause the reduction of the shear bearing capacity of cover beam and weaken the protection of the internal steel bars and the pre-stressed stranded wire. The article analyzes in detail the shear calculation of the carbon fiber cloth reinforcement, and analyzes and studies the reinforcing construction scheme and technology.
