下行式造桥机在陆上施工的实例举不胜举,但在海域采用大跨度现浇箱梁进行施工的的实例却非常稀少。无论是水文、气象方面还是环境、条件等方面,在东海大桥使用造桥机进行现浇箱梁施工具有相当大的难度。该文通过对东海大桥造桥机应用关键技术的讨论,对今后造桥机的应用及桥梁建设具有借鉴意义。

There are many examples of the down bridge erector in land construction, but a little example of the large-span cast-in-site box beam in the sea construction. It is very difficult to use the bridge erector in the construction of the cast-in-site box beam of Donghai Bridge from the aspects of hydrology, meteorological phenomena, environment and conditions. Through the discussion of the key technique of applying the bridge erector for Donghai Bridge, the article has the great significance in the application of the bridge erector and the development of bridge construction in the future.
