摘要
以对甲酚、双环戊二烯、异丁烯为原料,通过树脂缩合反应和烷基化反应,合成了聚合多酚抗氧剂BPCD,并考察了适宜的反应条件。树脂缩合反应条件为;m(对甲酚):m(双环戊二烯)=3:(1~1.3),催化剂为对甲酚质量的0.08%~0.12%,反应温度为75~85℃,双环戊二烯的加入时间为3 h。烷基化反应催化剂添加量为缩合物质量的0.03%,反应温度为70~75℃。制得的 BPCD 外观为白色,熔点≥120℃。
polyphenolic antioxidant BPCD was synthesized with p-cresol, dicyclopentadiene and isobutylene as main materials through resin condensation reaction and alkylation reaction. The optimum conditions for the resin condensation reaction were found as follows: p-cresol to dicyclopentadiene molar ratio 3 : (1 - 1.3), 0, 08%- 0.12% catalyst based on p-cresol, reaction temperature 75 - 85 ℃ and time for adding dicycloentadiene 3 hours. For alkylate reaction, the optimum conditions were 0.03% catalyst and reaction temperature 70 -75 ℃. The synthesized BPCD is white with melting point of 120 ℃.
