摘要
采用马来酸酐和异辛醇为原料,以钛酸四乙酯为催化剂合成了马来酸二异辛酯,并通过红外光谱、元素分析对其结构进行了表征。最佳合成的工艺条件为:n(马来酸酐):n(异辛醇)=1:3.0,回流温度,反应时间0.5 h,ω(催化剂)=0.5%,ω(甲苯)=15%。在此条件下,酯转化率不小于99%。
Diisooctyl maleate was synthesized by titanium tetraethoxide as catalyst. Structures of the product was characterized by IR and element analysis. The optimal conditions were found as follows: n(maleic anhydride) : n(iso-octanol)= 1 : 3.0, reaction time 0.5 h at refluxing temperature, 0.5% catalyst based maleic anhydride, 15 % toluene based on maleic anhydride and iso-octanol. Under these conditions, the extent of esterification reached at least 99%. The results showed that titanate is a good catalyst having high reactivity under mild conditions.
