摘要
采用酸功能化离子液体催化合成了柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC)。通过考察各种离子液体的催化活性及选择性,选定酸功能化离子液体[HSO_3-pmim]CH_3-ph-SO_3为催化合成 TEC 的催化剂,较佳工艺条件为:柠檬酸用量0.15 mol,催化剂用量为反应物总质量的10%,n(乙醇):n(柠檬酸)=6.0:1,甲苯75 mL,反应温度80~120℃,反应时间8 h,TEC 收率达到94.5%。分离出的离子液体未经任何处理重复使用10次后,收率为94.2%。
Triethyl citrate (TEC) was synthesized using acidic functionalized ionic liquids as catalysts. Based on the study of the catalytic activity and the reusability of various ionic liquids, [HSO3-pmim] CH3-ph-SO3 was found to be the best catalyst for this reaction. The optimum reaction conditions were found as follows, citric acid 0.15 mol, 10.0% catalyst based on the reactants, n(ethyl alcohol) : n (citric acid)=6.0 : 1, toluene 75 mL, reaction temperature 80 -120 ℃, and reaction time 8 h. Under these conditions, the yield was 94.5%. [HSO3-pmim] CH3-ph-SO3 could be reused 10 times without any treatments, with the yield still kept at 94.2%.
