摘要
以工业废植物油为原料,通过甲酯化反应制备了生物柴油,并使用中心组合设计法优化了操作条件。结究表明,在醇油摩尔比5.5~7.0,ω(NaOH)=1.0%,反应时间65 min,反应温度60℃条件下,产物收率可达83.4%,所制备的生物柴油硫含量低、凝点低,可作为优质柴油的调和组分。
Biodiesel was produced from industrial waste oil by methyl esterification. The reaction conditions were optimized with central composite design. It was found that the yield of the product was 83.4 % under the conditions of molar ratio of alcohol to oil 5.5 - 7.5, 1.2 % NaOH as catalyst, reaction time 65 min and reaction temperature 60 ℃. The product shows low sulfur content, low freezing point and can be used as blend component of diesel oil.
