摘要
以醋酸乙烯酯,苯乙烯和丙烯酸丁酯为单体进行三元接枝共聚反应,引入自制的聚季铵盐制备了季铵盐型醋-丙-苯三元改性乳液。考察了单体配比、乳化剂种类及用量和搅拌速率对乳液性能的影响,以及聚季铵盐对乳液抗菌性的影响。季铵盐型醋-丙-苯三元改性乳液制备的最佳条件为:以 m(十二烷基硫酸钠):m(OP-10)=2:1配制的复配物为乳化剂,质量分数3.5%;m(苯乙烯):m(丙烯酸丁酯)=5:4,质量分数20%;醋酸乙烯酯质量分数30%;聚季铵盐质量分数10%;搅拌速率160 r/min。乳液黏度可达4.740 mPa·s,透光率可达0.41,粒径大小为10~30μm。
Three monomer copolymerization reaction of vinyl acetate, styrene and butyl acrylate was studied. The quaternary ammonium salt V-S-B emulsion was prepared by adding the self-prepared polyquaternary ammonium salt. The influences of monomer ratios, type and concentration of emulsifiers and stirring rate on the emulsion property and polyquaternary ammonium salt on the antibacterial property were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows, emulsifier prepared with m(dodecylsulfate) : m(OP-10)= 2 : 1, mass concentration of the emulsifier 3. 5%, m (styrene) : m(butyl acrylate)=5 : 4, mass concentration of the styrene and butyl acrylate 20%, mass concentration of vinyl acetate 30 %, mass concentration of polyquaternary ammonium salt 10 %, stirring rate 160 r/min. The viscosity, transmittance and particle diameter of the emulsion were 4.74 mPa · s, 0.41 and 10- 30 um, respectively.
