气相色谱-质谱联用法研究邻硝基甲苯还原反应中副产物 被引量:1

DETERMINATION OF BYPRODUCTS IN REDUCTION OF o-NITRO-TOLUENE BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETRY

摘要 应用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对邻硝基甲苯的还原反应产物进行定性分析。色谱条件:ZB-5MS 毛细管气相色谱柱(30.0 m×250μm,0.5μm),柱温100~250℃(20℃/min)、气化室温度270℃、氦气流量0.8mL/min。通过对该反应产物进行计算机谱库检索结合人工质谱解析,鉴定出以氯化亚锡或锌为还原剂时,邻硝基甲苯还原产物中除还原产物甲基苯胺外,还有一定量的甲基-氯-苯胺副产物。 The products in the reduction of o-nitro-toluene with tin were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. On a 30 m × 0.25 um, 0.5 um film thickness ZB-5MS capillary column, under the conditions of helium gas flow rate 0.8 mL/min, oven temperature rise from 100 to 250 ℃ and injector temperature 270℃, the products were well separated. Products were identified manually and through mass spectrum library matching. The mechanisms of byproduct formation were proposed, which agreed well with the byproduct's structure.
