摘要
[目的]了解成人教育护理本科学生的所想、所需,分析教学及教学服务过程中存在的问题。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷,调查629名成人教育本科业余班学生。[结果]45.2%的学生接受成人教育的目的是获文凭以提高职务或职称,58.0%的学生最关心所获文凭的含金量,73.4%的学生认为教育模式应该集中面授与自学相结合,67.9%的学生学习过程中的最大障碍是环境障碍。学生最感兴趣的授课方式是经验分享、互动沟通、案例分析,45.5%的学生认为应增加护理专业课程,36.4%的学生认为应增加护理人文课程。[结论]指导学生提高自学能力,促进主动学习,改变授课方式,调整课程设置,完善考核方法,使成人学生专业知识和技能都有一定的提高。
Objective:To know about the thinking and needs of college nursing students receiving adult education, and to analyze problems existed in teaching and in the process of teaching service. Methods:A total of 629 adult college nursing students of spare time classes were investigated by adopting self - designed questionnaires. Results:Among them,45.2 % of students accepting adult education were to obtain diploma to enhance their administrative duty or professional title,58.0% of students were interested in the real value of the diploma, and 73.4 % of students thought that face- to- face teaching combining with self - learning should be carried out. And 67. 9% of students thought the largest obstacle in learning was the circumstance obstacle. Adult students were interested mostly in lecture modes including experiences share, mutual communication and cases analysis. And 45. 5% of students thought nursing specialty courses should be increased. 36. 4% of them thought nursing human - culture courses should be added. Conclusion:One should guild students to enhance their self - learning ability, to encourage them to study actively, to change lecture mode, to adjust courses setup, to perfect examination method, so as to enhance both the specialty knowledge and skills of adult students.
