介绍了便携式计算机辅助测试系统的基本组成、主要功能和测试软件以及它在水电厂现场测试中的应用。现场应用表明：它具有很好的动静态性能，可以满足现场测量的需要。
The basic component, mainly functions and testing software of the NCAT system are introduced, as well as its applications in place measurement are also brietly introduced. On-line measarement practice shows tha the static and dynamic characteristics of this NCAT system are excellent and can meet the needs for on-line measarement.
