链式流程管理在严重创伤急救中的应用

Application of chain-mode flow sheet management in first-aid of patients with severe trauma

[目的]缩短严重创伤病人的抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,规范创伤急救护理流程。[方法]将170例符合严重创伤诊断标准的病人随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用链式流程抢救模式计算完成基本生命支持所需最短时间,对照组则采用传统抢救模式计算完成相同操作所用的最短时间。[结果]观察组采用链式流程以并联操作的思路减少抢救的基础时间和相关时间,抢救成功率显著高于对照组。[结论]链式流程的各个环节密切配合,在严重创伤病人的抢救中具有较强的实用性和可操作性。

Objective. To shorten the time of first -aid for patients with severe trauma ,to enhance the achievement ratio of first aid, and to standardize the nursing process of first- aid of trauma patients. Methods：A total of 170 patients meeting to the diagnosing standard of severe trauma were divided into test and control group randomly. The shortest time of patients of test group accepted chain- mode flow sheet first aid to finish basic life support was calculated. And the shortest time for finishing the same operation in control group patients accepted traditional first aid mode was calculated. Results.Because of adopting chain - mode flow sheet and paralleling operation idea to reduce both basic time and related time of first aid,the achievement ratio of first aid of patients in test group was much higher than that of control group cases. Conclusion. All links of chain - mode flow sheet are coordinated closely,which is more practical and manipulated for first aid of patients with severe trauma.
