摘要
在假定超声马达的定子与转子的接触形式符合刚体与分布弹簧模型的条件下,通过对超声马达定子的振型、固有频率以及强迫振动的分析,导出了定子表面振幅与激振参数的关系,进而建立了超声马达的数学模型。实验结果证明了理论分析的有效性。
On the assumption that the distributed spring-rigid contact model provides an acceptable approximation to the contact conditions between the stator and the rotor of an annular travelling wave ultrasonic motor, the relation between the wave amplitude of the stator and the excitation parameters can be derived, and then a mathematical model of the motor can be constructed by analyzing the stator for its modal shapes and natural frequencies and forced vibrations. Experiment results prove the validity of the model.
