摘要
动态信号是故障诊断的重要依据,其检测失真直接影响到诊断的可靠性,本文提出的微机处理方法,通过铁道车辆平轮在线监测系统的实践证明了其可行性,这一方法同样适用于对其他系统动态信号失真的处理。
A dynamic signal is the important basis for a fault diagnosis. The measurment distorlion of the signal would directly influence thc reliabllity of the diagnosis. A method for improving the accuracy of measured dynamlc signals using a microcomputer is suggested. Practical processing of the signal acquired through a railroad car wheel flat on-line mornitoring system demonstrated the validity of the method, and it is also applicable to processing the distorted dynamic signal froin other systems.
