摘要
本文利用浙江、重庆等东西部省市家族企业的调查数据,实证检验了资源/战略需求、关系治理、权力结构、企业家特质对家族企业网络化成长模式的影响及机制,结果发现,资源需求对二级网络持久度有显著的负向影响,对二级网络开放度有显著的正向影响;合作机会对网络范围、二级网络强度有显著的正向影响;关系管理对一级网络强度、二级网络开放度有显著的正向影响;家族所有权对一级网络范围有显著的正向影响,对二级网络强度有显著的负向影响,家族管理权对一级网络范围有显著的正向影响;企业家年龄对一级网络强度有显著的负向影响,企业家行业工作经验对二级网络范围、网络持久度有显著的正向影响,企业家文化程度为大学本科的家族企业二级网络强度、二级网络开放度明显大于其它类型家族企业。研究结论对中国家族企业成长实践有重要指导意义。
Networking growth has been an important strategy of the growth of Chinese family businesses. However, relatively little research has been conducted on the influencing factors and its mechanism of networking growth of Chinese family business based on large samples. To narrow this knowledge gap, using the data of questionnaire from 266 family businesses in Zhejing and Chongqing et al., this article empirically tests the influencing factors and its inherent mechanism of networking growth of family businesses, mainly exploring the resources.strategic needing, relationship governance, power structure, entrepreneur characteristics on networking growth of family businesses. First, the research suggests that resource needing has significantly negative relationship with the duration of second-order network, but has significantly positive relationship with the openness of second-order network; second, the paper finds that cooperation opportunity has significantly positive relationship with the network range and the intensity of second-order network, relational management has significantly positive relationship with the intensity of first-order network and the open- ness of second-order network; third, the paper indicates that family ownership has significantly positive relationship with the range of first-order network, but has significantly negative relationship with the intensity of second-order network, family management has significantly positive relationship with the range of first-order network; finally, this analysis indicates that entrepreneur's age has significantly negative relationship with the intensity of first-order network, entrepreneur's experience has significantly positive relationship with the range of second-order network and the duration of network, and the family business with college-level entrepreneur is more high in the intensity and openness of second-order network than that in other types of family businesses. Basing on the conclusions getting from the above empirical study, the paper puts forward some proposals for promoting the growth of family business in China.
