On the Legislative Pattern of Cooperative

合作社立法模式影响到合作社制度供给,关系到合作社的立法效率;源于各国和地区法律传统、政体、合作社知识普及等的不同,目前各国和地区的合作社立法模式差异较大;综合考虑我国立法传统、立法效率、合作社立法需要与可能等诸因素,我国合作社立法应采取制定合作社基本法加个别部门法模式。

The legislative pattern of cooperative affects the system supplies of cooperative, relates legislative efficiency of cooperative; because various countries and the area are different in the legal tradition, the regime, the cooperative knowledge popularization and so on, at present there is the big difference in the legislative pattern aspect of various countries and area; by overall evaluating our country＇s legislative tradition, the legislative efficiency, the need and possible of cooperative legislation and moreover each kind of factor, our country must adopt this cooperative Legislative pattern which includes the cooperative fundamental law and the individual department law of cooperative.
