电催化氧化处理冷轧平整液废水的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在对原有冷轧平整液废水处理工艺分析的基础上,提出采用电催化氧化技术,验证其预处理平整液废水的可行性。试验结果表明,平整液废水COD、油的质量浓度分别为12000~20000、800~1000mg/L,BOD与COD的质量比小于0.35,经处理后,BOD与COD的质量比为0.5~0.6,COD的质量浓度为3000~5200mg/L,油的质量浓度小于70mg/L。电催化氧化处理冷轧平整液废水,出水稳定,可生化性好,满足生化处理的进水要求。 Based on the analysis of the processes commonly used in treatment of wastewater from cold-rolled strip temper mill, electro-catalytic oxidation technology was proposed, and the application feasibility of it for the said kind of wastewater treatment was verified. The results of the test showed that, when the mass concentration of COD and oil of the wastewater from cold-rolled strip temper mill Were 12 000 - 20 000 and 800 - 1 000 mg/L respectively, and the mass ratio of BOD to COD was below 0.35, the corresponding values after the treatment were 3 000 - 5 200 mg/L, below 70 mg/L and 0.5 - 0.6 respectively. It was indicated that, using electro-catalytic oxidation technology to treat wastewater from cold-rolled strip temper mill could obtain stable effluent water quality and good biochemical degradability, which met the requirement for influent quality of biochemical treatment.
