摘要
一直以来,"从业员主权"论和"投资者主权"论成为日本学界争论的两大焦点,特别是2000年之后,围绕着"企业到底是谁的"又展开了新一轮的争论。本文从资源抵押与退出障碍两方面阐述了日本企业"从业员主权"的原因,讨论了日本企业形成"从业员主权"模式的根源,进而与我国企业进行了比较分析,阐述了日本的"从业员主权"对我国的借鉴意义。
The theory of "employees sovereignty" and "Investors sovereignty" has been the focus of debating in Japanese theoretical field for a long time. Especially after 2000, there comes a new term of debating on the issue of "who is the master of the company". This paper portrays the reasons of "employee sovereignty" in Japanese enterprise from points of "resource mortgage" and "exit barriers" and discusses the origins of the modal of Japanese firms' forming "employee sovereignty" ,from which makes analyses on the basis of comparisons and contrasts with Japanese and Chinese enterprise,and lastly describes the Inspiration of Japanese "employee sovereignty" to China.
