摘要
在提出镁熔体含氢量测定的数学模型的基础上,采用可编程逻辑控制器PLC电路,通过硬件和软件的设计,开发出适合于炉前使用的镁合金AZ91熔液快速测氢系统,并分析了该系统的误差来源。
At present there is no commercial instrument available for measurement of hydrogen content in magnesium alloy melt. We developed a system suitable for rapidly measuring hydrogen content in magnesium melt employing PLC and controlled circuit by designing hardware and software based on mathematical models. And their error sources were also analyzed.
