In the paper, the author gives detailed description about the design, manufacture and application of a handle-type mechanism for easily and efficiently operating the weights up and clown from and onto the molds. Compared with manual weight, this mechanism has characteristics of safety, rapidness, accuracy and high production and so on. It is worthwhile to be applied and popularized in foundry serf-made lines.
