摘要 目前国内外汽车发动机铝缸体的铸造生产工艺较多,本文重点介绍采用压铸、低压铸造、金属型重力铸造、消失模铸造以及cosworth(即冷芯盒砂芯组芯造型)生产铝缸体的工艺特点和比较,详细列表介绍国内外缸体铸造生产线实例。提出21世纪铝缸体铸造技术必须以绿色、集约化工艺和清洁生产作为开发研究重点。 Now many kinds of foundry technology are applied to make aluminum cylinder bodies of automobile engine. This paper summarizes the characteristics and applied survey of several kinds of foundry technology, such as pressure casting, low-pressure casting, metal mold gravity casting, lost foam casting, Cosworth casting and so on. And the examples of product line of aluminum cylinder body are introduced with detailed tables. It points out that the green, integrated and cleaning production should be a strong emphasis on the study of aluminum cylinder body in 21st century.
