摘要
受地形所限,宜兴抽水蓄能电站上水库在可研阶段所选主坝为"长尾巴"贴坡堆石坝,高285m,需石料538.66万m3,全库沥青混凝土防渗。上库开挖虽有780万m3石料,但受岩脉等影响可用料仅为270万m3,还需从几十公里外开采运输石料筑坝,加之长尾贴坡自身存在的长期稳定问题,选择一个即安全又经济的坝型和库盆尤为重要。项目公司坚持不断优化的理念,在科研单位的支持配合下,通过进行方案比较,选择了混凝土挡墙和堆石体组成的混合堆石坝与全库钢筋混凝土面板防渗方案,后期观测表明,主坝及挡墙抗滑、抗倾及抗震稳定性均满足要求,与其他坝型比较,节约了投资。
Limited by topographic features, a rockfill dam with "long tail" at slope was selected in feasibility study stage as the main dam of upper reservoir of Yixing pumped storage power station. Such dam with height of 285m is expected to utilize rock with totallyamount of 5.3866 million m3. Bituminous concrete is adopted to the whole reservoir againist seep- age. Affected by poor rock dyke, only rock with 2.7 million m3 is available in total expected excavation volumes of 7.8 million m3, and required rock has to be excavated and transported to site from more than twenty kilometers away. Furth- more, consideing the possible unstable condition on long tail slope in long-term period, it is particularly important to choose a safe and economic dam and basin. By insisting on continuous optimization and cooperation with research institutes, project company compares many alternatives and selects the reinforced concrete face rockfill dam with concrete retaining wall as the final dam type.
