摘要 目前我国水资源短缺,但浪费现象十分严重,从而进一步加剧了水资源供需矛盾。产生这种现象的一个重要原因就是水价形成机制不合理,而通过对水价的测算能够有效地指导良性水价机制的形成。以淠史杭灌区为例,用模糊综合评价模型计算灌区水价,并将它们和现行水价作比较,其结果对灌区制定水价有重要的指导意义。 China is lack of water resources at present but its water waste is very serious, which makes the contradiction between water supply and demand worse. One of important reasons is the unreasonable formation mechanism of water price. The formation of good water price mechanism could be effectively guided by means of the calculation on the shad- ow prices of water resources. Taking Pishihang irrigation district as an example, the shadow price of irrigation water are estimated by the model of Blurring Comprehensive Evaluation, and is compared with the current water price. The results arc of important significance for the formation of water price in the irrigation district.
