摘要
介绍时差法超声波流量检测液压系统的工作原理,针对液压系统工作过程中温度变化影响系统测量精度的问题,通过在实验室中建立温度—声速模型检测两种常用液压油的工作特性,采用多次测量取平均值的方法记录实验结果,根据实验数据利用非线性回归分析理论推导出两种常用液压油的温度—声速关系,为降低温度变化对超声波流量检测系统的影响、提高系统测量精度提供一种参考。
The principle of ultrasonic flowmeter measuring hydraulic pressure system using the time difference method is introduced. But the measuring precision of system is affected by the temperature changing with the working process of hydraulic pressure systems. To solve the problem, the model of temperature-velocity of sound is established in the laboratory to measure the working trait of two common hydraulic oils. The experiment result is got by calculating average to the data from many samples. The theory of non-linearity regressing analysis is adopted to get the relation between temperature and velocity of sound according to the experiment data. The reference is made for reducing the effect of changing temperature and increasing precision of ultrasonic flowmeter.
