摘要 两相混合式步进电动机的步距角一般为1.8°/0.9°,为适应微小角度控制,需要对步进电动机步距角进行细分。基于单片机的PWM功能,设计了步进电动机驱动器;分析了步进电动机绕组电感对电流暂态效应的影响,通过编程实现步进电动机步距角24细分;设计了简易实验装置,并对硬件电路和程序进行试验验证。结果表明,所设计的驱动器及编写的控制程序可以实现步进电动机的细分驱动,且误差在可以接受的范围内。 The stride angle of a two- phase hybrid stepper was usually 1.8° or 0. 9° degrees. For smaller angle control, subdivision of stride angle was needed. Based on PWM function of a microcontroller, a stepper driving circuit was designed, and the effect of winding coil induction on transient current was analyzed. Program was written to realize 24 steps subdivision. Finally,a simple test device was design to check whether the subdivision was correct. The results showed that the designed circuit and program made it the subdivision, and the error was in an acceptable range.
