摘要 在双轴二维硬件直线插补算法的基础上,提出了不同于常用的双轴二维电机同时加减速的控制方法,采用CPLD作为硬件设计并实现了双轴加减速控制器。经过环形分配器及放大电路控制二维(X向,Y向)步进电机,实现机床高速加工起动和停止时速度的稳步过渡。仿真结果显示控制效果良好,验证了该控制算法的有效性。 Based on the linear interpolation algorithm of double -axis and two dimensional, a new control method for double - axis stepper motor accelerating and decelerating at the same time was put forward, and the hardware on CPLD was realized. By two stepper motors directed to X and Y controlled through a set of circular distributor and driving - circuit, a transition may be steady between the starting and stopping with high speed. The simulation result gave good control effect, and showed the effectiveness of this algorithm.
