摘要
无锡某猪场发生不同程度的猪呼吸系统疾病。对发病猪采集鼻拭子,经双抗处理后,接种鸡胚,收集24 h后死亡的鸡胚尿囊液。对一株具有血凝性的病毒分离株进行RT-PCR鉴别,结果为H1亚型流感病毒。利用RT-PCR扩增尿囊液中的流感病毒HA基因。经pGEM-T easy载体克隆、序列测定和进化树分析,结果表明,在该猪群中分离获得的该株SIV为古典型H1N1。
