摘要
综合考虑聚酯型和聚醚型聚氨酯的特点,用聚乙二醇(PEG)为亲水链段合成的聚醚型聚氨酯来改性聚酯型聚氨酯8080(一种合成革行业广泛使用的聚酯型聚氨酯),通过同系聚合物的共溶剂共混改性法,制备出了一种透汽性和机械性能均较优良的复合型聚氨酯。试验中探讨了聚醚型聚氨酯的含量和聚乙二醇亲水链段的分子链长(分别使用了相对分子质量分别为6000,2000,600的聚乙二醇作为亲水链段)对复合聚氨酯薄膜表面润湿性、透汽性、吸水率和力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:以聚乙二醇为亲水链段的聚醚型聚氨酯可以提高聚酯型聚氨酯8080的透湿性,并且随着聚醚型聚氨酯含量和PEG分子链长的增加,复合聚氨酯薄膜的表面接触角降低,吸水率、透汽性和断裂伸长率增加,拉伸强度有所降低。
A water vapor permeable polyethylene-based PU were used to modified polyester-based polyurethane (the common industrial polyurethane PU8080), and the effects of the content of the polyethylene-based PU and the chain length of polyethylene on contact angle, water vapor permeability, water swelling and mechanical properties of the blended PU film were investigated. The results indicated that the polyethylene-based PU greatly increased the water vapor permeability of polyester-based polyurethane PU8080, and the relatively more content polyethylene-based polyurethane and longer chain length of polyethylene exhibited higher contact angle, water vapor permeability, water swelling and broken elongation, but lower tensile strength.
