基于网络的高校田径专业教师教学能力发展性评价模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过查阅资料和问卷调查,对田径专业教师教学能力发展性评价模式进行研究。根据模糊数学的原理,对各指标体系的权重和运算进行了严格控制,得出被评价教师教学能力的量化指标。将发展性田径专业教师的教学能力评价模式转换为网络的形式,可以让被评价教师及时得到反馈信息,不断促进自身发展。 With some literature and investigation, this paper studies on developmental evaluation model for teaching ability of track and field teachers. Based on vague mathematical judgment, it controls weight and computer of all index system, and it found math index of the evaluated teachers at last. Teaching ability of developmental evaluation model for track and field is transformed. The development evaluation of teaching ability evaluation mode conversion of the professional teacher is the form of the network, and it can evaluate a teacher to get the feedback information in time, to promote themselves develop continuously.
