摘要
采用盆栽试验方法,研究重金属Cu、Hg、As、Cd和Pb不同污染度条件下,黄芪药材的重金属污染状况,探明造成黄芪药材重金属污染的土壤重金属含量限值,可为黄芪无公害栽培和基地环境评价提供科学依据。结果表明:黄芪药材重金属含量与土壤重金属含量呈较强的正相关;依据《药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准》的限量要求,Cu、Hg、As、Cd和Pb致使黄芪污染的土壤限值分别为72.83、0.83、29.78、0.46和243.19 mg/kg。
The heavy metal contaminations of Astragalus membranaceus in different levels of Cu, Hg, As, Cd and Pb were conducted by pot experiment. The limit value of heavy metal content in soil was proved. It could provide scientific basis for pollution free cultivation and environment evaluation. Result indicated that it appeared a positive correlation between the heavy metal content in A. membranaceus and soil. The limit content of Cu, Hg, As, Cd and Pb in soil that could pollute A. membranaceus were 72.83, 0.83, 29.78, 0.46 and 243.19 mg/kg, respectively.
